About

In 2007, the first Little CEO short was made. It starred 3-year-old Samuel Karplus. The budget was $200. The crew was one person– writer/director Sari Karplus (real life aunt to the pint-sized CEO). And production was one day long, scheduled around nap time.

In 2008, the concept grew. In Little CEO: Riskier Business, the second in the series, Bobby accidentally ruins the global economy. A much bigger production, the film went on to premiere at the Feel Good Film Festival. It also played at the Giggleshorts International Film Festival as well is in web browsers across the land.

After some time passed, and having no recollection how difficult the first two were to make, Samuel was eager to do a third movie. At 7-years-old, he started work on Little CEO 3. The film was shot in Los Angeles and on-location in Las Vegas.

Little CEO 3 is in-production and set to release December 2011.
